Job Summery

Under the supervision of HR Director, the Training Coordinator's responsibilities include communicating with managers to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals. The training Coordinator is responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating, and conducting all training and development programs.


Duties Responsibilities

mapping out training plans and schedules, designing and developing training programs (outsourced, online or in-house) for Moby Afghanistan and its partners. Selecting the best training methods for each context (virtual, simulated, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes, etc.) Promote the training options for staff members and give them the required details regarding sessions. Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that require filling. Utilize well-established educational principles and keep abreast of emerging instructional tools and techniques. Create, prepare, and order instructional resources. Assess the effectiveness of the learning process and how training affects employee competencies and KPIs. Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with experts regarding instructional design. Maintain updated curriculum database and training records. Host train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment. Analyze and propose innovative approaches to training, such as gamification. Work in close coordination and support with Administration The Training Coordinator's primary responsibility is to manage all employee professional development at our organization. Any other tasks assigned by the line manager.


Job Requirement

  BS degree in Education Management, BBA, or related fields (Post-graduate degree is preferred) at least 5 years of relevant work experience for a Bachelor's degree, 4 years for a Master's degree, and 3 years for a Ph.D. accreditation. Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Training Facilitator, Lecturer, or similar roles Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting. Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation. Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools. Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate) Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques Experience with e-learning platforms MS Office proficiency Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Dari and Pashtu required – English Preferred).
